We have created a clear set of Minimum Standards Standards on Mental Health Care that you can use as a foundation for your own initiatives.
Thriving at Work - A Study
Thriving at Work is an independent review requested by former Prime Minister, Theresa May.
The study looks at how employers can better support all individuals in employment, including those with mental ill health and poor well-being so they remain in and thrive through work.
The report sets out ‘Mental Health Core Standards’ – a set of actions which all organisations in the country can implement quickly.
These Mental Health Core Standards are listed here:

The National Employee Mental Wellbeing Surveys
More workplaces need to be part of the solution to better Mental Health, not part of the problem.
Health and wellbeing are key strands of responsible business. Doing the right thing for your employees is also doing the right thing for your business.
Employers need to stop harming the Mental Health of their employees through poor business practices and culture.
The National Employee Mental Wellbeing Survey is a comprehensive assessment of workplace Mental Health in the UK.
It is based on the key findings from a YouGov panel survey of 4,626 full and part-time employees in the UK that is representative of gender, age, race, industry sector, region and business size, excluding sole traders and those working alone.
The survey explores Mental Health and wellbeing in the workplace with many questions tailored for managers and those who have a manager.
